Why we collect it
- To reply to hardware inquiries by email.
- To keep a record of what was requested and where the request came from.
- To improve which pages and forms are useful.
Processors we actually use
- Website hosting: a SunGene-operated web server.
- Email: Resend transactional SMTP notifies SunGene that an inquiry arrived. Visitors are not sent an automatic marketing sequence from this form.
- Analytics: first-party events stored on the same SunGene server. This site does not use Google Analytics or advertising cookies.
Retention, access and sale
- Inquiry records are kept for operational, security and legal needs, then deleted or archived when those needs end.
- Analytics events without personal form content are retained for service measurement.
- SunGene does not sell personal data.
